Pros: Running the whole HR Dept., self-discipline,
Cons: No recognition, no Exec support, constant battle to get things approved, no proper involvement in Manco, not being taken seriously

New beginnings at start up institution

Small institution with a vibrant culture. Loved taking a fairly new product in to the market and providing a whole new wow experience. Brilliant internal/external relationships and working in the MPOS sector. As Thumbzup Innovations is a start up institution it lacked job stability

Pros: Hardware and software sales
Cons: Start up employer
