Great places for foundation phase if still learning within the fmcg industry.

I have been with the company for ten years now and my experience has grown tremendously. My highlight currently is dealing with customers directly over the counter, telephonicaly even via emails. My normal day entails the following: Monitoring warehouse staff register, co-ordinating all warehouse functions from receiving, picking and dispatch. In between i facilitate the processing of paperwork for core repairs. I get along with my colleagues and i am very involved where the need arise if they need assistance. I enjoy the interaction the management extends to the employees in terms of imparting knowledge about different products we handle every day so we can deliver satisfactory service to our clients. Challenging aspects for example are when you have to deal with the customers regarding service delivery, stock not reaching client at promised time, customers not getting feedback of their inquiries as expected.

Pros: Opportunity to further once education interests
Cons: Limited opportunity for growth due to being a small company

I've learn to work with customers and to show them about there importance in the industry.the more I work with people I learn more and make shore we deliver a good job
