Exposure and learning, work ethic, customer service.

what i currently do is support applications called Eikon,FXT, Postrade and Deal tracker applications. clients log queries/cases,I pick those cases and work on them. case are technical issues like the application malfunctioning, I apply analytical thinking to help troubleshoot the issue that the client is experiencing. what i have learned from this role is customer services and getting a greater picture about networking and how the application is integrated into the client's networks compared to us. what i enjoy most is interacting with clients at first hand, understanding the clients needs and working together to resolve their issues. the most challenging aspect is dealing with impatient clients.

Cons: we work overtime as well depending on the client
