Working at this organisation is interesting as we work as a team and we communicate well with each other, I learn from other people and they learn from me as well.I enjoy my work a lot as it is my calling . Ived learnt that is very important to have a good reladhionship with your co-workers as we all need each other to accomplish the organisational mission. The most challenging part of my work is when people dont submit their reports for typing in time and when their hand writting are not clear it makes it hard for me to do my work.

Pros: A promotion will be the most great opportunity for me
