My work experience has been very positive with regards to fully understanding warehouse management, process engineering, process optimization, process standardization and continuous improvements which is key for every improvement initiative. Lastly, I worked with a senior process engineer on a production line, where we designed SOPs/ work instructions and worksheets of a machining production line, and had to design an efficient technique used by the operator for working with several machines that had different cycle times to find the best routine for attending to every machine once the cycle for each machine has been completed and to also perform below the takt time specified for the entire production line.

Pros: Exceptional Opportunities for Growth, Great Team Work Spirit
Cons: Long Working Hours, Working On Weekends, Working Rotational Shifts

Broadening skills set and experience builder

Good base of highly motivated employees, teamwork the most likeable at work. We always assist each other on high volume production days. We set high targets and meet them by getting more and more closer to be efficient in smaller parts of your task eg training support and openness of our task. Talk about issues and bottlenecks. As a team we of good managers / supervisors we build on trust and support in each aspect of our daily tasks.

Pros: Steady market for business and secure job
Cons: No space for promotion

Great experience

Coming in and setting up of machines always gives me great pleasure , also seeing your products in shops gives you a great feeling. I like the fat that i can work with my hands physically solving problems , setting up new jobs always a challenge but very rewarding when you solve it.

Pros: Great friendly staff
Cons: Do not deliver on promises

Not what it used to be some time ago

Great relationship with co workers but no time to grow since new management arrived. Started from the bottom and worked myself to where I came. Great opportunity for future learning. Management chooses to have favourites and you not allowed to speak your mind even if you do it decently.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion in position but no change to your salary.
Cons: Favouritism is the most sickening part there.
