Excellent growth opportunities to medium level management.

Good company. Lot of exposure to awide variety of engineering works mainly.in civil engineering infrastructure. Good peoples culture generally with a well balanced team of engineers and supporting technical staff. Employers are generally open in their dealings with staff and are trying to make the working environment good for all involved.

Pros: Great career move.
Cons: Holidays are restricted to construction break.
