I got to learn how to deal with peole from all walks of life
Working hours start at 7:30 every morning. We start with a meeting then we go to the dialer to meet the deadline for that day. We are taught to lift each other up should we see one person is having a bad day so everyone can be productive, however, this is more in theory than in practice as everyone wants to outdo the next person. I have learnt to be professional at all times even when I feel I am be challenged personally

Gained useful experience in the sales field
The people are great. The work load is too much at times. Management, even though trained, don't do the work they are assigned. They rather the sales staff do it for them.

New interesting experience
Typical day is when we dont have leads. Great relationship with my co-workers work good in groups. Learnt that gard work has great rewards. I enjoy the enviroment, treatment and appreciation shown by managent. The challenging aspect is selling a product to a person who is not interested and have to handle objections and convince them to buy
Pros: selling most needed products
Cons: 8am to 6pm

Very charismatic and sharp people
The staff members are always keen to help you. It's as if you're in one huge family; everyone takes care of each other, and they're very kind. Once they are on the phone, they are very sharp and can anticipates a customer's move. What I have learnt is that you must always be focused, building rapport with the customers and that the more one gets a "no", the closer you are to a "yes"

Tough learning curve
It was made to sound so rosy and easy during training but all promises were soon forgotten once one went live on the dialler. Although it is a great vibe, one soon realises its not as easy as it is made out to be.
