Working here has helped me with a lot of experience working as team, learning the warehouse and distribution industry. But I want something more challenging with lots of opportunities.

Learning curve

I work hard and I am a God fearing person..I dont like to be measured by a cv I would like to be given the opportunity to prove my abilities..I love to work with customers and go the extra mile..I do work good with other co-workers and help where I can.I have learnt over the years that God places people in your life for the right reasons and everyone should be treated equally and fare despite the colour or race..I enjoy smiling,helping and definitely working with people..Keeping yourself motivated and doing your job to the best of your abilities...

Good managing experience

It is challenging sometimes as we have to convince customers how our teas are more better than other products. I must make sales to keep the company going. I make sales,handle customer complains and all the administration work. In the shop it just two ladies and we doing very well,we get along in terms of work and communication. I have learnt a lot,from working hard,dealing with difficult customers to running the shop on my own,I can actually say I have grown. Working for a tea company was something new to me,so the most wonderful part of it was waking up and knowing that I have a new challenge in my life,I enjoy a lot.

Pros: Same level for everyone
Cons: Not paid for overtime or public holidays

Fun working environment,always working as a team

It was great learning experience but didn't give enough space for growth.lt wasn't big company so wr few worker's who worked as a team and like a family,enjoyed the working hours because they where normal working hours and had understanding employers it's unfortunately the shop closed down.

Mature lady , efficient , organized , well spoken , thorough and deadline driven

A typical work day in the beginning of the work is extremely busy. We have 16 in shopping malls (local and coastal ) . Priority is to get them re-stocked for weekend trade . Towards the end of the week its time for paperwork and non urgent query catch-up. I have the gift of striking up and maintaining relationships with my colleges and people in general . I enjoy the challenge of keeping all our outlet stores well stocked and maintained always considering that the Customer is priority.

Cons: no increase in 4 years

A great learning experience

I have learned excellent customer services. I've grown as a sales person. on a daily basis my job is to attend customers who are going to potentially buy tea. I tend to admin as well and make sure the shop is In order. it's a great responsibility handling the shop on my own. I work with 3 other girls. we have a very easy going working relationship. on a weekly basis we get together to strategize ways to boost store sales. our store is a small store in the mall, it's not as busy as the larger department stores. honestly I haven't faced any major challenges as yet and I'm always willing to learn more.

Pros: we work fewer hours. we have easy going and approachable managers
Cons: there's no room for career growth
