Great opportunity for learning and gaining expirience

ensuring of the smooth running of almost 3 department has made me more strong and the challenges has thought me good management skills . working with lot of people has thought me a lot, discipline, team work and problem solving skills. working for retail has groom me and helped me adapt in the working environment as it was my first working experience. things that i enjoy the most, is doing the accounts, following up on queries, journals and cash ups. the most challenging aspects of my job is when people don`t listen, when accounts are not balancing, queries not resolved, suppliers not responding to mails. but all in all i enjoy admin work i just need to explore the accounting and finance field as well as administration.

Pros: great opportunity for better salary and promotion
Cons: working on weekends
