I describe my attributes as hard working person, good communicator, ethical behavior, accurate, dedicated, honest, adapt easily and well-presented which I think that would be significant to your organization. It was a excellent learning curve to broaden my Human Resource industry skills.

You need good communication skills. Need to assist with questions and fill solutions. You deal with the internal and external businesses persons. Have managements skills to be able to manage HR required duties. Scheduled date for payment that are business related.

Change of inviroment

I'm a friendly and energetic person, who can adapt to any work environment at any place, I have a good relationship with others even in difficult time, I have learnt to respect the internal and external customers and treat them the same, I was fortunate to be promoted in most of the departments I have work in, I enjoy challenges some more difficult to sort, The most challenging aspects are when a clients claim not to have received their orders even though there is a P.O.D proof of delivery, decision making has to take place on whether a replacement is sent or to prove beyond doubt

Cons: I would work overtime and help in other departments when required

Excellent learning curve

I like working here. It has been a good a good learning curve for me. There are pressures from time to time but are business pressures. My team is helpful and I enjoy being part of a team although it is different sometimes. I am a purchasing coordinator and I place orders, liaise with customers and suppliers and do logistics as well.

Pros: Good working environment
Cons: Long working hours
