Excellent learning curve

Good day I'm currently working at the Royal Marang hotel and I would like to apply for any admin or secretarial position. I believe my skills and work experience will be a great asset to your company. My typical work day would definitely be answering internal and external calls. Replying to emails. Preparing a list of guests arriving on that day. Welcoming guests and checking them in and making sure that they are well taken care of. I have a very good relationship with my coworkers because we all learn from each other and we all have team work spirit within us. What I like most about what I do is working with people n making sure that they're happy about the service I offer to the. The most challenging aspect having to focus on many task at once I prefer to concentrate on one thing at the time.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn more about other industries other than hospitality
Cons: Long working hours

Working under pressure

Checking if all is planned properly, meet and greet with the guest understanding what a guest want, making sure the guess comes first and keeping them happy by all means, Working hand in hand with another colleagues making anything impossible possible. Giving a working hand in any situation at hand having a goal as a term. Learning different challenges that one encounter on a day to day work environment, but most having that vision to complete a any task giving by a guess nor your team. And also having more than a working a environment also passion of your job. But most working with different types of group, famous nor even an ordinary people comes a another learning curve.
