I verify and validate claims. It's a government institution that gets busy and often work overtime. We also work as a team and support each others' wellbeing.

Pros: The Ubuntu spirit and care for customers and colleagues is amazing.
Cons: Meeting the target in all circumstances.

Excellent learning curve and great in skill development

MI have had the pleasure of working with alot of wonderful souls that I would love to carry with me through my working life and my manager is a great leader who motivates us to upskill ourselves.

Pros: Great company to work for if you are eager to learn
Cons: No room for promotion
