Learning new things everyday.

It was a good place to work at . Meeting new people everyday. The shift were akward but I always found a way to make them work Have to deal with angry guests I enjoyed working night shift .. Seeing our guests leaving happy. I was able to work in a teamthis job has thought me how to be patient. The managers are very kind well some

Hard working and dedicated

At my current work place we get to meet new guests everyday. In that manner it has added more to my experience of working with different people. I am a team player, I have learned new things like working at the vault and handling a lot of money.

Exploring Different Environments for growth

I get to work and read emails and analyze financial reports. I Then start planning for operational strategy for the week. This includes financial, HR d IR as well as staff issues that needs my attention. I I then walk the building and verify all work stations if managers and supervisor are productive while requesting for daily progress reports. A few meetings with HODs of other departments to share and analyze busdata.

The company I used to work for was great and the environment is excellent, even management, growth is there, but the salary scale is very low, very low and working hours are average.

We always finish our job, we have job cards

Tsogosun is one of the biggest companies in the world. The are opportunities in growth. Everyday we enjoy being at work, I've learnt so many things, they even took us to school, what I enjoy mostly is the team work I have with my colleagues and also my manager, he is the best and a great guy, most challenging aspects is when we do overtimes and not being paid it's challenging and difficult for us
