Great exposure to varying aspects of business

I enjoyed working at my previous employer. I learned a lot and good great exposure. Due to personal reasons I have had to relocated back to Durbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbnbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbban.

Pros: Fast learner, analytical, excellent verbal and written skills, keen eye for detail, deadline/task driven, self starter,
Cons: Long working hours

Difficult learning curve

Working in the private sector is an eye-opening experience, especially in terms of learning everything (front and back end) that goes into making a company operate successfully. A typical work day involves drafting legal documents as well as reviewing agreements with strategic partners. The office environment is quite intimate and everyone relates well to each other. I mostly enjoy my relationship with my manager who happens to be a very calm, sound and intelligent person who is invested in teaching as well as allowing himself to also be taught as a leader. The most challenging aspect is when business isn't going well and income becomes a very big setback which ends up affecting staff.

Pros: Opportunity to learn about different departments
Cons: No salary when business isn't going well
