Working at the mattress warehouse is awesome just straining as you only work long abnormal hours and travelling RSA as a whole doing long distance deliveries until midnight

Good start is 1 is in that industry for experience other than that management do care abt the stuff well being driver will knock off at 23:00 cause the truck was over louded

You work at times a week or more straight with no off day. Your off days are not enough for the month. Overtime pay is not worth the hours. Management is sometimes not helpful or knowledgeable enough. You Don get tea or lunch breaks. You deal with way more than you should as a sale rep. Rare moments of teamwork.

Very unprofessional working environment.

There is no systems in place and the companys management lacks any form of control or management skills. I find that they lack real structure. There duties are not structured. Staff are not given the tools or training to do the best job.

Great learning experience

I All sales people are oberworked and under paid. Se. No overtime is paid even your contract states so. Their is no proper system and structure in place for daily operations. Commision is held back and workers are being threatened regarding deductions from their salaries if criteria are not met which is not stated in the contract nior management clearly has no regard for their workers.

Pros: Savings plan
Cons: No overtime paid , dont work as per job description. Given a lot of additional work outside your job title
