My career has led me to increasingly specialise in the management of complex multi-cultural projects and their staff at international levels, I have experience in: strategic forward-planning operations within the tight financial discipline imposed by ambitious budgets: methodical administration of modern leadership methods

Pros: objective and achievements is to manage the dynamic nature of day to day operations. As well as building and monitoring operational competence and process to ensure the sustainability of a branch or dept and order fulfillment operation at the right cost to the right quality standards and to take ownership for driving my own career development.

This is an opportunity I do not want to miss.

I arrive at work at 7:45am and the day begins at 8:00am, the 15 minutes before work my colleagues and I discuss soccer and the daily news. I am the most helpful employee in the company, every employee in the company has the best relations whit me as I am a soft but very hard when it comes to work. my work relations and personal relations are miles apart. The most enjoyment part of my work is when I show someone how to do something with regards to there task which they have not done or tried before, which helps them improve on productivity. The most challenging aspect of the job is when someone is set in there ways and does not want to change, i eventually achieve the goal. that is the most challenging for me.

It was an excellent learning experience.

It was a spectacular learning curve I have learned so much from my manager and colleagues. from how to capture invoices and following up on queries. coming to work everyday was a joy because the working environment was amicable working with my colleagues was a blessing working with difficult suppliers was a bit challenging but it taught me to restrain and handle situations calmly. I have learned so much from The Kit Group.
