What an Experience

At the Hyde we run a CAN DO, CARE WHY Culture and we are a very close "family" working together. During my 7 years with the company I have adapted my management style to be firm but fair. We work hard, but play hard at the same time. I enjoy operations and the thrill you have for the immediate deadline in front of you. The most rewarding things are the awards we have won for our guest service and the most challenging things would be that you need to realize you cant always make EVERYONE happy.

Pros: Great Working enviroment, good hours, happy overall
Cons: Benefits like providend fund not included and that some employees dont work within the culture.
