Its learn curve to get the better understanding of people
I would like to work in a company that is has a room for grow and to be able to learn and have a better understanding of the company. The be able to work with all the staff as a team. Team work is very essential since you can learn different skills and be more informed about the company polices and procures. Your work place is your second home and you must be punctual and professional at all time. We all have different personalities, believes and up bringing so that can be a challenge at times at work place. We can win this battle by applying company rules and regulations when ever a conflict arises

Learnt how to deal with customers and problem solving also learnt how to work under pressure
I work a 8-6 shift and work mainly at tills, also help with unpacking and checking of stock, customer service, sales, opening of accounts and General administration work. I am a team player but also work well alone, able to follow instructions well. I learnt how to deal with difficult customers I enjoy working with people, solving problems, and making people happy

Gaining more experience
My main areas of responsibility was to assisting customers with all their requirements. Rotate the stock weekly and ensure first-in - first out principal applied. Increase sales in the store though add on sales. My particular emphasis and area of impact has been,stock control,cash handling, security,merchandising and housekeeping, customer service, sales, and point off sale operation. I was always demonstrate total commitment in my work. I was applying my self to diligently and always shown an extremely high level of integrity.

I like everyday challenge and everyday comes with a new challenge, I love leading people in goal oriented projects. My day starts at 7h30 and ends at 18h30 at work, have to motivate a short staffed team to achieve everyday targets. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers and yes there will be one or two who won't see eye to eye with you but I have to bring them to the level the rest of the team is at. I have learnt that nothing is impossible and that if you love your job no project will be impossible to accomplish. Making difficult customers happy and making sure that the staff is at the top of their game.
Pros: Working towards being a store manger and even moving towards being a regional manager
Cons: Not getting enough days off and even compromise my overtime

Growth is important in life
I believe if you want to grow in life you have to get out of your comfort zone and make things happen for you. Try new things you will find out that you will be the best at those things and do them with passion and excell. My job was to answer telephones,search staff,work at control room as part of the hub customer service/security, then move to be a cashier,the on the sales floor,replanishing helping customers as well as working at the fitting room. It was great working with my co-workerand I get along with everyone. Thank you
