Excellent learning curve and stepping stone in a great career.

A topical work day consists of preparing mis en place for the day, delivery and making items for the spa. Have a good relationship with most of the co-workers we get along well and work well together. I have learnt more details about pastry and how to prepare them, store and control wastage over them. Really loved the pre-plating process of new menu items and creating new menus. Most challenging was to accustom ones self to the time constraints and learning to work 24/7.

Cons: No benefits
