The Hill College Reviews

Excellent learning curve

My typical day starts off with a very friendly director's greeting. Typical administrative duties, handling of staff and students. Further more managing the dairy. Make bookings, appointments. Answer the phone and giving advise to the best of my ability. Doing admissions and keep the database updated. Managing the timetable, dealing with subject changes. Learning to work on different systems. My relationship is excellent with all of the co-workers. I enjoy their company and love to work with them. Daily planning is essential. What I enjoyed most is the fact that in the office there is a variety of things. Semi-structured and it is different everyday. I like change but there must still be structure. The most challenging aspects is actually to get the personnel to work together and to hand in their planning, marks etc on time. Being a secretary is a great job but as I am aware that there no actual growth for the future. I am willing to work hard to be successful.

Pros: 4 vacations per year
Cons: Limited growth in current position
