Growth system has been a break in my life as i have always wanted to work in administration

WORKING AT THE GROWTH SYSTEM HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A GOOD LEARNING CURVE, I CAME HEAR NOT KNOWING ANYTHING BUT TODAY I CAN MANAGE ALL COMPUTER SKILLS AND OFFICE WORK. MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO WORKERS IS GREAT THEY LIKE FAMILY WE WORK AS PEERS AND HELP EACH OTHER IN ALL WE CAN AND WE ALWAYS COME UP WITH NEW IDEAS FOR THE COMPANY AS IS THE NEW COMPANY AND GROWING. I LEARN T AS MUCH AS I COULD FROM OFFICE WORK TO COMPUTER AND TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE'S I ENJOY COMING TO WORK AND FACING NEW CHALLENGES ON A DAILY BASIS, I'M A HARD WORKER. WE AIM AT REACHING TO NEW CLIENTS FOR BUSINESS APPROACH AND ITS BEEN DIFFICULT SINCE WE WORK WITH INNOVATION AND WE A GROWING COMPANY

I have grown as an individual in this company mentally and academically

A typical work day would be looking for clients and not reaching the targets. My relationship with my co workers is so great we like family, we help one another in any way one can and relate in team works and believe in bringing the company to greater heights. I have learnt computer skills and office work such as filling and telephone etiquette. I enjoy learning new things and bringing new ideas to the company, I believe working as a team bring new ideas and we can hear new opinions from anyone. The most challenging aspect of the job is getting to talk to CEO of the company

Cons: i struggle to work on one project for long hours
