Growth, growth, growth !!

It is a growing company and an exciting field if you love sales. Its a very busy and always moving day. You build an exciting bond with staff when you see and learn their habits and build good friendships. This group has shown me how to become more loud and confident within myself and shown me the working field. What I enjoy the most about working for this group is learning and learning every day about something. And helping customers and building on teamwork. The most difficult thing is dealing difficult customers and also the long draining hours.

Excellent learning curve

Learning curve was o being able o convince customers dealing wit the complains .

my typical work day starts at 8am to 4pm and have great atmosphere at the work environment . makings ales having power hours .i enjoy the motivation and encouragement i get from the supervisors . my team is united we help each other accomplish the target cause we have a team target to meet each day o we work as one unit . There are challenges in every work place , as a sales agent at TFG its just stress especially those bad days when e ales are coming slowly .

Pros: ther is alot of oppertunity at TFG becoming supervisor
Cons: over time Saturdays only

Team work as well as Independent work. Self motivation

Great company little to no growth. I have been with the company 7years tried applying for ba few positions internally but. They already know who they want they interview you for procedure purposes only

Nice staff but no communication between management and agents and very little motivation

There should be more motivation and management acts like they can replace you any second there is no loyalty from management to there staff and agents.

Working physicly hard

I work physicly each day moving and presenting funiture and stock. I work with people every day and help them to see what goes with what. My co-workers are nice but we dont get paid overtime. I learn alot each day and im training myself the best I can.

I have learned lot of things in totalsports .

when i have a difficult customer i always remain calm and help the customer untill he/she is setified . i always make sure the customer leaves the store smilling. im working with a great team ,easy to manage them . i have a huge support from them .even if we have an argument we dont take things personally. working with people you must always smile to make your customer to be free to ask questions .and most impotant thing you must know your stock. i really enjoy working with people . having a difficult customer in store its very challenging but wen you know the basics its easy to handle the customer.

What it is like to work for TFG

I have been working for TFG for 10months now and it has been fun and I enjoy it. the people in the store is friendly and it is more like a family than a work place. The company doesn't pay overtime, for every hour you work late you have to take off and I feel its unfair because it is the money we work for. I have been promised to get a raise when I am trained and signed off but it has been 6months now I am still earning what a sales associate it earning. I do more than what is expected of me and I never complain.

Pros: nice people
Cons: terrible company
