Since I am in a graduate programme, to me it is still a learning curve

And I am currently working for The Foschini Retail Group as a Systems Trainer and as well as Programme Support Specialist, in this role I get assigned work in various projects across the Human Resources Division and I have been doing absolutely well. I am in amazing team. They are very helpful. I have learnt This experience have given me an opportunity of strengthening skills required in a workplace practice such as honesty, integrity, the ability to interact and foster positive and harmonious relationships with colleagues. I enjoy most helping clients. Customer service is what matters most to me. The most challenging aspect here is providing support to store managers all over the world, it breaks my heart having to help them over the phone because they are very far from me.

Excellent learning curve

I love working for the foschini group but ive experience that theres a lack of motivation in some arears and no interest in the growth of staff members . everyday is the same process nd being unfairly treated is one of the issues ive experienced in retail there are no challenges which makes you want to succeed . What i do enjoy is working with people and giving the best service also advising clients to buy the proper products that suits their needs . My daily routine does not only consist in selling but also having my book work up to date and knowing my business .being target driven Acknowledgements of stock is done daily and also keeping the department neat and tidy and shopable . I also have to work out schedules for staff and overide on computers Communicate with staff their daily duties and keep them up to date about upcoming promotions and events .

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy my job but its just that i feel i am not getting paid my worth. There is no work/life balance. No weekends off meaning no time with your family. Sometimes i feel like a slave, but what can i do i need the money and it is so hard to find another job.

Excellent learning curve

I am a fun and very enthusiastic young woman. I love to work with people. I have excellent communication skills. I always encourage people around me to be the best at what they do. I am a very dedicated and positive person. I am a straight talker. I love going to church. I am an excellent team player and I also believe in a say that each one teach one. Which simply means if I know something I teach my team members and if they know something they teach me. I hope to hear from you and I can't wait to be part of your dynamic team.

I have passed my Matric 2008.. Ive studied at Pc Training & Business College 2009...I did a Computer Science Course for 1 Year.. Modules: End User Comuputing,Pc Software & Hardware Support,Microsoft Word,PowerPoint,Excel..Help Dest Support,Basic of Networks,System Volume 1&2,Pc Engineering.. I also worked for The Foschini Retail Group,I moved myself up..I started as Sales Assortiate,Shift Runner,2nd Incharge,Floor Manager,Caretaking Store Manager..I have Sales Experience of 6 Years..

I am looking for a new challenge to learn new skills and knowledge

I am 32 year old lady who is very enthusiastic, I have good communication skills and I have good customer service. I am looking for a new challenge and to learn new knowledge. I can work with a team very well. I am also willing to work overtime.

Taught me how to stay calm and communicate with different types of people,

We would start the shift with a short meeting of the targets for the night. We then log on to the automated dialer and wait for our calls. I was in a team that consisted of 8 people and a supervisor. We enjoyed working together because it was a constant battle for who makes the most sales. I enjoyed making my targets the most because that would mean i could get my incentives. The most challenging aspect of my job was to try and persuade the client that does not even want to listen to what you have to offer but that is just another challenge that i have learned to overcome.

Cons: Had to work 6 days a week with no other off days.

Customer experience and admin related task

Typical day at work will be: Team meeting in the morning Filling of admin papers Daily count's Attend customers with payments of accounts Receiving/ acknowledging of stock from head office Attend to customer complaints/ needs where is due.

Pros: Good interacting with people
Cons: Standing the whole day
