Working at my current employment has been an excellent learning curve

Working at The Empowering Institute is a delight even though in hard situations these ways to sort out all the difficult situations. I enjoy seeing new people coming into the office to inquire or coming for an appointment with their different attitudes they can help me be able to deal with every situation/attitude in a special and different way. I avoid office politics at all costs whenever these problems with other co-workers I deal with it immediately cause it could get out of control. I have learned a lot from the company as I started as a consultant then later was offer the position of being their Receptionist. I'm enjoying the new challenge, a normal day at the office is there would be five to six appointments and documentation and files to be prepared for the meetings. And every beginning of the month we have our monthly seminars and I need to arrange beverages (welcome drinks, tea break and lunch) for all the clients attending along with booklets and other material needed..

Pros: Great working relationship with co-workers and clients
Cons: No room to grow

Learnt alot about the logistics industry. I recieved more managerial mentorship and experience.

I really love consulting an dealing with clients I'm a team player luv working with people I'm a fast learner an a hard worker who is selling to learn any thing that will empower ones mind
