Great learning curve

Working environment that teaches one to stay on their toes. New lessons everyday. Great environment to learn to create work relationships with anyone would assist make life at work easier.

Great learning curve

Work environment where one needs to be on their toes in order to be at he top of their game. A place where making your customer leave with a smile far supersedes forcing a sale out of them, because they are guaranteed to come back to only you when are ready to buy. That gives pleasure in knowing someone out there has faith in you.

Eager to learn and willing to grow

The Company that am working for is a great company as it challenges you and we were all goal driven and deadline orientated. We are a diverse group of workers and now what's expected from us.We have a culture of Ownership ,commitment and the ability to work under pressure. I have learnt to be the best I can be by following my roles and responsibilities that are given to me by the company. The most challenging thing was having to manage staff at first hand as I didn't have experience,however now am.equipped to do that ,through guidance and commitment.

I am enjoying my job and i feel that i have learnt a lot so far with the company

it is nice and enyoyable and quite a nice learning experience whereby you get to interact with different people that i captured CVs for, i also play a part in the recruitment side of thing in the company whereby i also help with the screening of candidates.

Excellent

It good working for the company because it pushs u to be independent pushes you to work very hard and very fast it thought me much. It pays less of what we work for and has many policies that supports and covers the company.

Good learning curve

I WOULDN'THE RECOMMEND PROFESSIONAL TO WORK FOR THE COMPANY. THERE IS A LOT OF RACISM, UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO BREAK SOUTH AFRICAN LABOUR LAWS.

Pros: work Monday to Friday
Cons: values not followed, no equal work opportunities, racism, no job security unless you are white
