The company is a multi franchise so growth is unlikely to be expected,I have a good relationship with all the stuff, customers and management, most of the work I have learned from other companies and brought my expectice here,

There is lot to learn

The daily is a busy shop afternoons gives me a very healthy and friendly enviroment to be in and my co workers are also respectful they know their job tittle and whats not allowed.never to forget whoever you meet that day or know/work with might be your next boss so i have learnt RESPECT mostly so i enjoy the Artmosphere and my Americano with Warm milk mostly therfore most challenging aspect of my job is stock count and finance which needs focused mind.

Pros: Excellent promotion opportunities
Cons: Hours are bit long

Hardworking

We used to clock in 6:30 and knock off 18:00 late.My co-workers were very good towards me and others as we used to share ideas.I've learned vthat working together we can do more What I enjoyed the most is to learn new things almost everyday.Challeges were very rare as we learned how to handle costumer.

Pros: The more customers the more money
Cons: Working under a lot of pressure as we were two workers in the shop
