The Creative Council Reviews

Excellent learning curve

Training a group of up to 20 people for their day to day activations in store. Managing a team and doing store checks. Going on road shows to promote and introduce new products in the market. An excellent relationship with my co-workers as well all want to strive for success in anything we do. Helping each other out when there’s a situation that needs hands on attention. I’ve learned to be more sensitive to certain things in life e.g to not take things for granted and appreciate the sales and marketing industry and how tough it can be at times. Putting smiles on customers faces is my absolute happiest moments. Knowing that I’m educating them on products they curious to know about. Having to convince a customer to buy new products, the questions being asked that have a “Yes,No” answer to it.

Pros: Getting to know products before they hit the stores
Cons: Short working hours =minimum salary
