I have been working for the crazy store for almosy 4years now I've moved around 3 branch as a manager in all stores I managed I came with a huge changes and success I've always get along with my staff they always enjoy working with me. Crazy store needs people who can be calmness even when they are under pressure as the company motto says "do it right first time" I must also say that I am a young person who is determined whomisvery aambitious about growing in retail I belive in working nice with people as that will produce good results I always say happy staff makes customers happy and when customers are happy they do not mind spending thats makes the customer to be willing to come back again and when that customer is happy they will tell their friends and family imagine if we are always good to our customers how much are we gonna make and how we gonna grow the company. Customer service is the key to activate all deactivated doors

Its good for starters
It is good experience working for crazy store cause you get to know lots of things as your job does not have a specific description, you do admin ,receiving of stock , banking , security and cleaner so thats why i say you gain experience in lot of things

I'm very competitive.
I open and close store. Making sure that everything start and ends well. Customers is a major factor. Daily sales target must be met. I'm well driven to achieve our monthly target. I give instruction to staff. Tell them what they daily task would be and by when I want it done, for instance. They replenish each department cleaning of Windows, floor and the shelves of the store. I enjoy receipting. I would do receipting whole day if I had the opportunity. My best part of the day is also interacting with the customers.Especially regular customers. I think what my challenge is disciplining staff.

Amazing company to work for
Working at the Crazy Store was a pleasure. This is a Company that cares about its staff, customers and image. They provide constant training, daily instructions on tasks to be completed, they even offer you a Bursary to study further if youve been with the Company longer than a year and are in good standing . There is lots of stress with working in Retail but The Crazy store offers great support to its team and you can always get ahold of your area manager, IT or Head Office supporr

Excellent learning ability
My typical day at work is one that I have to assist the customers at our store and also to make sure that the administration of the the company is properly done. One must also make sure that the staff is fully motivated even during the our pick hours.I have learned that as people we are different and as a team leader I have to engage with each and every individual worker differently.

Im a very hard working person and very fast learner. I catch up very well.
It was good working at the crazy Store, the colleagues were very friendly, the was to much but i managed and loved my job i really wanted to see myself in better position but i couldn't cause i was the best to the store manager we didn't see eye to eye.

Easy to learn
As a store manager my duties 1.to check that the administration is done correct,from paper work ,shrinkage, floor walker,figures are updated correct, scoreboard is updated correct,banking is done before 11ocl,all the promotion are done correct and spot check is done on the daily bases 2.task the staff and do follow up 3.packing stock 4.opening the boxes and capturing the invoices. 5.team work is the best to wards your co-workers 6.working hand on hand, humbleness, treat your co-workers with respect and dignity and how to be a good leader. 7.team work when we working together as a team. 8.when you give them a task and it not yet done , no explanation to be given.

Excellent
Started working at The Crazy Store 2013 January it was fun and nice up until reaching the management. Management its not just a job , I've realized that you will also be dealing with other peoples emotions such as angry customers , unhappy staff members and making sure that everything in the store goes according to the company rules .

Learning opportunities, challenges and motivated
Was doing flexi hours in Truworths Mall of the North, Worked Beaver Canoe as a sales assistant and was promoted to assistant manager and months after was promoted as Store manager (full details included in my cv) m currently the Store manager in the crazy store doing all the admin also included in my cv. As per my cv am fully prepared to be an admin Manager. I do all stores paper work.
