Help me me to learn to multitask at extended periods of time

Alot of pressure and always on your toes, which is great. Always something new to learn and to progress on. I feel they had a large staff turn over as to the long working hours, but that's the game.

Pros: Got to learn alot about courier and hone my operational management skills
Cons: Extremely long working hours at 14 hours a day every day

Reliable, Driven

I am a Data Capture with my free time I answer some calls for more extra experience Customer Service. I have learned a lot in the company like working under pressure, more Computer skills, communication skills , team work, I really love typing and communicating with customers. Most of the challenges I have face was the customer but overcome that with listening skills, empathy, brevity, confidence, nonverbal communication, friendliness and most of all respect.

Pros: Hard worker, work good under pressure
Cons: I worked 12 hours during the week and 18 hours some weekend

Excellent

My company is great. We deliver a service all over the country with more than 150 branches nationwide. Our customer service is excellent and have we won company of the year 3 times in a row alreay

I love what i do but i work hard and it is not appreciated

They say you do not quit your job, you quit your boss. I treat all my co workers and boss with respect but all they do it to tell you how useless you are and how little they care if you go or stay. I have been with this company for 6 going on 7 years. I love what i do and i get along with my customers like a house on fire. Aug i brought in 41000 new business alone. I truly love what i so but i am always a stress ball as you have no backup in our company.

Pros: You get to meet people from all walks of life
Cons: Super long working hours and entering dangerous areas

Informative and yes a learning curve.

i work for a logistics company and when i first came here i knew nothing about logistics or courier, but after a year of being in this sort of environment i have really learned a lot. my computer literacy has really picked up compared to the basic computer skills i had when i first started working here. the people i work around with were very welcoming and helpful which also made things a lot easier for me, well they say i'm easy to get along with and they enjoy being around me. so yeah i am a people person and i can also focus on my work and being productive at the same time so i'm not easily distracted.

Pros: i want to work in a company that has room for growth.
Cons: working on weekends

Not a great environment to work in

Staff are treated poorly. We get demerited for any mistake we make. Feels like we are working back in primary school. Micromanagement at its worst and nobody enjoys going to work. It's actually very sad.

Excellent learning Curve

it get busy sometimes but i work well under pressure..i have a good working relationship with my co workers,i have learnt a lot which includes excellent communication skills,handling angry client and being able to resolving different queries..what i enjoy the most is talking to different people every day and being able to assist them..the only thing i find challenging is dealing with difficult clients who do not make it easy for me to assist them but i always find a way though
