Learning curve

Typical work day is when i feel that I have been able to help clients in a utmost professional manner and they feel that they received an outstanding service from the reception through out to the sales department. When time approaches I will sadly leave this bunch of friendly colleagues but i do need to move on to better and bigger industries. I have learned to learn, understand and accept each individual person as they appear. Also learned to be calm & take every situation easy before analizing it. I enjoy staff braais where we get to each other well. My work area line is mostly telephones so the most challenging aspects is when the phones are out of order and clients send emails to management that they cannot get through to us. obvoiusly one can understand that missing calls means loosing business.

Exciting environment and lovely staff

A typical work day is actually every busy day when there's more phone calls coming in and I get to communicate with clients and help them when and where I can. A happy and crazy bunch of co-workers, everyone's hand is open to give assistance. I enjoy being hands on, I like filing documents , printing and making copies for the superiors.

Cons: The travel distance between my work place and my residence

Learning curve

A typical work day for me is when i know I have helped and assisted my clients in a professional manner that can lead to getting sales. As I would like to move on to gain more experience in boalder fields but I will definately miss this small crazy group of co-workers. I have learned to take and enjoy each day as it comes. I enjoy staff braais where we get to mix with top management and learn to know each other. The most cahllenging aspects is when the telephobnes are down and customers emailing management complining about being unable to reach us and obviously missing calls means missing business.

Exciting environment and lovely staff

I am a very active person and so much used to work at very busy environment , I feel good when I know a day has passed and I have completed or done a lot of my duties such as filing and communicated with clients and been able to help them in whatever way expected of me be it on responding to their mails or telephonically . I have though learned that in business there are quieter days at times and one need to be patient and keep busy by going back through your previous tasks and double check if everything was done up to an expected standard while it is still quiete. The staff here is amazingly crazy, they are a happy bunch of people and very helpful each in times of need

Learning curve

Clients are happy with reception service. Crazy bunch of co-workers that i will miss. Learned to be patient and understand the day by day changes on business situation. Enjoying monthly staff braai. I feel bad but am able to handle the situations when the clients directly phone or email management about compalints that they cannot acces us through telephone due to problems with telephone lines.
