Excellent learning curve and growing
I am easy to engage with people and enjoy working with people, I take every day as it is and m able to work under pressure, have a good working relationship with my co-workers and willing to learn new things and grow my skills. I have learned to be patient and treat all people equally and with respect.

Here at The Aurum Institute we are helping the communities to fight against HIV and TB. We have different studies that we encourage communities to joint in preventing them from HIV and TB. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and i have learned so many things like front desk work, specimen recordings, data capturing and to keep the company information confidential. I enjoy everything that i do at my work (no complaining).
Pros: Working for The Aurum Institute is a great opportunity since from 2014 to date, i started as a Health Screener in 2014 and then became a Clinic Runner in 2015.
Cons: I do work for long hours from 8:00 am - 16:30 pm. Sometimes i work overtimes from 16:30 till late. I do have stamina for working overtimes.

I am an outstanding worker and can work on my own in a fast paced environment, everything I have approached in my life has been a huge success and I am confident and proud of the outcome of everything that I have achieved. I am honest and determined to be the best at everything that I do and because of that I am driven to be a leader in my profession. I am committed to be a positive and forward moving individual as I have been my whole life, making the best of every opportunity. I drive myself to be the best that I can be – with honesty and self-respect I can take on anything with confidence and positive result.

I've learned to work under pressure
Working at Aurum Institute was very educative and challenging. I'm a roving data capture so i meet new different people every time i am moved to another facility. So it is challenging to meet new people with different character but at the end of the day you have to be settled and work with them .

Ive been offered several trainings to beef up my knowledge and experience
I've worked for this very same company since 2007 and I've been promoted several times because of my commitment and excellency also I have been offered a task to lead group of people as their team leader and I've done that perfectly.

Cons: i dont mind working overtime or flexi hours, as long as my dutie will be done accordingly.

A good learning curve and environment
Working for Aurum is has been a good thing for me.I have learned a lot and the growth there is too much.And being part of the winning team has given a super power that anything is possible if you work together as a team and most important communication. It is a challenging during reporting because we are given a short time to report while we need to report accurate data and accurate data takes time .And changing of reporting indicators also add up in my challenges. I have worked for long here just need to grow myself in a different environment. And experience new challenges and new personal well being.
Pros: I have grown a lot in this industry willing to learn more

Dealing with adherence clubs recrusting patients,tracing lost to follow up,early missed, late missed patients.offering adherence counselling and navigating patients
