I except my errors and turn them into positive by ensuring that things runs smoothly and never run into the same problems again. I can take initiative and work well under pressure and also within a team. I am reliable, analytic and fast learning person. I am always prepared to go the extra mile just to make sure I deliver on what is expected of me.

Had a great working career

Typical day is busy and deadline driven. Get on well and have started things like a ladies lunch club, biggest loser. One has to be happy at work as you spend most of your waking hours there. I enjoy analzying figures from the income statement and balance sheet. I believe in continuous improvement in the work environment and sometimes find this challenging in getting by in from staff as they are set in their ways. I always ask my staff to come up with solutions when presenting me with a problem and again find this a challenge.

Pros: enjoy most of my colleagues
Cons: no growth and company is in business rescue

Excellent learning

I am a very energetic, fast learner and easy to work with person. I have samtrac, 3 years experience as pcb assembler, 3 years experience as a quality inspector and 1 year as a safety officer.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
