I work as a IT Field Network and Support Technician, on daily basis i used to do support calls helping clients that we provides. Every time i have nice time with all my colleagues, they know how to communicate with people and they never under estimate someone, I learnt lot of things from them including the work experience, i enjoy going to work on site because that gives me strength and best experience. The challenges that i use face is when i went to site and struggle to get the chore that i m given done.

Good learning curve

When I arrive in the morning I inspect all the cars for any defects. I then capture any receipts or do invoices for the day. My relationship with my co workers in good. I work with very friendly people. I have learned how to keep confidential info confidential. I enjoy working with Pastel Accounting...doing what I studied to do. The most challenging thing is nepotism.
