Thari bus service is a bus company transporting passengers at the north west in brits. It's a company operating with close to 1000 employees.. It built or taught me to work on my own which make me to be responsible on my job and to feel free to explore my thinking towards my job

Pros: Working on my own. Be panctual. Learning to take decisions. Sending me to supervision courses
Cons: During the monthly stock takings we working late and we were paid for overtime. In the stores department there must be two employees working every weekend on rotation
