I Manage reception Receiving of Thales visitors Manage/ operation of switchboard Co-ordinate telecoms contracts with service provides Update PABX system daily Give external call rights to internal customers Input new departments into MAN3000 system Manage the welcome screen on daily basis Co-ordinate the expected VIP visitors coming to our offices with all departmental Pas Update all regions telephone directory and speed dials (monthly) Update and review networking keeping up to date) Run telephone report, clean up data, and make submissions to HoDs- monthly (Input to Execom Management report) I have good relationship with my co-workers we support each other all the time. I learn to not limit my self and to be professional at work please i also learn to submit on time. i enjoyed to experience thales environment and the chance that they gave me to prove my self. To deliver on time and to make all people happy about my job it was a most challenging thing.

Learning Curve
I would like to work in an organization where I can use my qualifications in Business Administration and experience in Human Resource Management. The job I am applying for is a good opportunity for me to work actively and productively in my field of expertise and apply my skills. My aim is to make a difference in my work-place through my contribution and to touch the lives of my co-workers through my positive attitude. Procurement, Reporting, BBBEE Simulation and Negotiation
I am currently a Procurement Intern at Thales South Africa Systems. My duties are: Linking requisitions to a Purchase order, placing and order and sending the order to the supplier; sourcing of suppliers; Reporting and demand planning (Forecast); obtaining three quotations for price comparison and savings. B-BBEE Reporting and database maintenance , Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones; expediting; ensuring the products are delivered on time, negotiating SLA agreements, prices, quality and ETA.

Good Company
The company gives so much training and experience as it is a global company. It offers good benefits to employees. Well I enjoy the most is a teamwork and I have learned in dealing with different types of people especially interactions with diverse groups of people coming from different contries, backround and cultures. The most challenges is around Employment Equity especially introducing People with disability.

Excellence learning curve
Thales is an International company, there is lot of international exposure within the organisation. I am responsible for procurement department which we procure goods and services of the company during project phase. Also assist bids department in costing for tenders. I have learned how procurement is done internationally, what product the company is selling. I enjoy purchasing, negotiating with supplier and internal customer, saving money for the company. my challenge in my job is to work with teams that work in silos, team that dont acknowledge and engage procurement.

Excellent learning curve
Excellent learning curve. I was thrown in da deep end, when the project accounted resigned. I had to act as a project accountant and I learned a lot in a short period.
