Perfect place to learn

Working in TFG has been great. I have learnt a lot especially working closely with an HR generalist and our ER team. I have learn a lot in the HR scope. Coming into the office in the morning catching up on email and attending meetings, where would discuss our plans and schedules. those urgent crazy ER issues that are brought in daily to the HR office. Managers that need constant support and clarity. This company sure is a handful but I love it. Wish I could stay longer. My love for HR has grown since I started working in the department. the challenging part about HR is being well organised, as we can plan our day out and start off well but by the end of the day more urgent matters arise that need urgent taking care of. having to work overtime in order to finish off my daily duties and tasks.

Pros: Generalist opportunity to be an all round HR person
Cons: contract will not be renewed restructuring, Need payroll experience

They provide me good experience

I was doing picking,circle count, receiving and counting, tickiting and re-tickinting We had a very strong bond and co-oparating with TFG co-workers they treated me very well I have learnt to work under pressure, to be more carefull when i am doing my work and all the duties that i have mention above that is a greate experience i gain at TFG logistics I enjoy picking most Most challenging espect was lot of pressure

Good

I'm working for a large Company I've got a good relationship with my colleagues. We are working 7.1 hours a day, I've learned a lot about logistics , i enjoy doing team building . We have BOP (Best operating practice) where we do our morning meetings talk about the daily plan and about the previous day production. We have daily target to achieve which push you bacause its a challenge.

Pros: less opportunity for promotion
Cons: short working hours

Excellent learning curve

running day to day warehouse activities have a great relationship with my co workers we always stand by each other and am also a team player I have learnt to work with different people from different cultures, managing staff and disciplining them,working as a team player and going an extra mile for those in need,communication skills the one thi8ng I enjoy most is getting new challenges and always rising above them the most challenging aspects of the job is disciplining staff

Good at gaining experience within supply chain

Good at gaining experience within supply chain Not a good place for growth unless you are favoured some how. The company has values and ethics which are not upheld by managers in the employ.

Cons: not good to help the ordinary employees to grow within the company
