Learning curve to me deserving better in an established company

Good people, work is quite nice. But salary puts me off for the amount of work that needs to be done. I don't mind working hard but I'd like something to show for it.

Pros: Possibly can work your way up
Cons: Late shifts

Personal view

I am a hard worker fast and enthusiastic learner. I love working in a team as well as independently. I see myself as a energetic and professional personality n who loves a challenge and always sees a job through

Pros: Learning new things on a daily basis
Cons: Working till 5pm on a Sunday but it became a norm
