I have learned to love and respect one ander. I have enjoyed to work with them every day of my life because they were good people ever. The most challenging is wen are AM manager is coming to the store and get roung this in the store it well be bed day for us

Excellent learning curve

Excellent learning environment with passionate workers willing to serve customers meet their expectations. The most challenging aspects is merchandising the workplace ,putting apparel clothing according to their departments in correspondence to the colors . What I enjoy the most is serving customers at POS and floor managing

It's good experience for me and learn a lot there even if I didn't get promoted.yhose what came after me within three months git promoted.i enjoy working with the colleagues and doing a group work supporting each other

Pros: Learn a lot from the floor manager n he inspired me a lot of it wasn't him I wouldn't have the experience I have now.being a cashier was one of the most job I prefer due to I knew how to handle cash and never lost any cash or became over

It is a good working place in order to get an experience.

My duties at TFG is to call clients of Foschini and offer them new products that we have, the people i am working with are very nice. They always there when you need help, as i am new in this industry of contact centre but with their help I am able to learn one or two things. I have learnt how to handle an objection, and how the contact centre operate, and what is expected of me in the workplace. I enjoy learning new things, challenges, and making sales. When you dial some else and the supervisor change your script to something new, that is the most challenge part of working at TFG.

Pros: get exposure to the business world.
Cons: starting late shift.

Good learning curve

Had a good time yet the worst time hence one kept living and coming back... Got along with everyone Taught me a lot about running a professional corporation and finance broadly How to manage people of different background and personalities,pushed me to be equipped well to a degree.

Pros: Great way of knowing who you are due multiple situations that can,change your character as a person
Cons: Indeed the hours were not good

Excellent learning curve

I am a Fashion Advisor but currently working as a Cellphone Assistant consultant and a cashier. My relationship with the coworkers I'd rate it 4/10. There's no growth because I've been working as a 108 since 2018 and I'm still a 108 till now what's worse now I work 2-days a week max 12 days a month

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Reasonable hours

Excellent exposure and experience

I took everyday as it was despite difficulties. The relationship with collegues was more like a family bond . Hardwork, Persistency and Commitment are really what you should aim for. I enjoyed going to work in order to gain experience provide ideas and learn more. Somedays were challenging, such as having blunders with customers and not seeing eye to eye as collegues.

Pros: Dedication,commitment and persistency, played a huge role leading me to be promoted.
Cons: Over time took place when it was really neccesary

Working with tfg it has been a nice experience and I've learnt alot

I have leant alot with tfg and honestly it has been a very nice experience.. There is no company that is perfect I believe but tfg tries to make its employees happy ce
