Unique and interesting environment

We work from home and it is a high pressure job with working on projects with quick turnaround times. We are usually assigned to multiple projects at a time. I have great relationships with my stakeholders and developing trust relationships with each new project I am assigned. I enjoy seeing work implemented and the value I added to a project

Pros: Flexible working hours
Cons: Uncertainty of promotion and lots of red tape

Training experience,team work, hard work, mostly empathy and how to get the job done properly.

A typical day is at work min in earlier to clock on, work like clock work till 30min lunch then back to calling it's tiring but keeps busy every minute is calculated for till your tea time

Pros: Experience,friendly environment
Cons: Long weekdays of work,less family time, consumes your life
