Excellent Learning Curve

-A day at work starts at early hours of the morning, loading vehicles, doing vehicle inspections,conduct start up meeting, huddle for prayer, motivation and dispatching drivers to destinations of deliveries. Respective paperwork,filing,mailing, planning,correspondence with drivers are done in due course of the start of the business day. Bookings are made with clients with regards to the business and various other task to be completed until arrival of all fleet vehicles. -Great relations with all my teams I am managing. -I have acquired greater knowledge of how to improvise on route planning, delivery strategies and how to complete tasks successfully within an ever changing business. -Working with people, completing all tasks at hand with perfect execution. -Having to work extensive hours and not having the balance between family and work.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion.
Cons: Extended Long hours, No benefits, No perks.

Learning curve

Looking for better sales opportunities, learned a lot but seeking new challenges. This was a very small company, and now is one of the biggest TV promo sales companies. I help grow this empire to greatness and now challenges the big guns. My relationship is always good with the team because I believe one man can't do it by itself.sales is what drives me and what I enjoy the most is knowing you made budget and helping our company grows.the cons of the company is that I worked weekends knowing you won't get paid but me working get more work done and motivating my team

Good learning curve

No room for improvement. Working under pressure which is good but rewards for working very hard. Working with different units which helps to learn more and gain a bit of experience.

Good learning curve but work was too much than the salary's

Working conditions were hard, did my job to the best of my ability stepped in as manager for 6 months , the only increase i got was a big THANK YOU!!! But for tge love of what i do i enjoyed working there , had a good relationship with my seniors. And they also gave me a nice reference letter as tge store closed

Obtained NSC in 2014 at Hoe Skool Die Fakkel, With a bachelors degree qualification, subjects - Mathematics, IT, English and Life science, then worked as a salesman at Tevo

Excellent learning curve

A good day includes clocking in, once in we hold a short meeting just to pick start a day with positive attitude. The relationship with our co-workers was on-point and strictly professional aswell. I have learnt a lot from the work I have done, as to how to conduct myself during work hours, how to treat others with respect and have good communication amongst my team as well as our clients. I enjoy selling and closing deals, over coming barriers and out shining the competition. The most challenging aspect of my job is having less customers coming in to the store.

Pros: The pros are you each and every day is a new learning curve, a new challenge arise every day and everyday are forced to innovate.
Cons: Cons are working hours are too long especially on the festive season, and off days were few so rest was short which also affects performance.

Nice job but need more

-On a typical day it's quiet with no sales in the store -Nice relationship with Co workers always communicating through social media. -The most challenging aspect of the job is dealing with customers who had a bad morning then they just throw everything at you, but I handle it well.

Pros: Great for starting
Cons: Standing too much

as an admin assistant a lot is expected from me, but i have learnt how to multitask and how to deal with stress and challenges faced at the work place. I have dealt with many clients, so i have learnt a lot of processes and procedures from the different companies, including our company aswel

Excellent marketing

I'm a self motivated person,hard worker I do give up easily and I like working with team, I'm a good leader,being a sales person make me to be a good guy it thought me how to treat customers and I do good sales and I'm proud to be where I'm now and I'm thinking of furthering my skills
