Learning experience and people's skills

A place for startup of new graduates to get exposure on mahinery and use of hands kills. Learning a lot of people's skills as people are friendly and you get to be more involved in terms of trading them about operations and processes. Also learning about the importance of quality, development of new product startups and tooling development

Pros: Working with people and help solve problems on the production line
Cons: Over time you get bored and you find that there's limited opportunities for growth as most senior people don't want to share information and knowledge

Fast Learner & Hardworker

This is a manufacturing company. This company is making shocks for cars. Great company to work for. I am currently working years at this company. I started as a fork-truck driver, than was promoted to a cycle counter, than to a team leader, which is currently my job title

Good

I.am working at with group of 8 people we are servicing the city of cape town and Eskom breakdowns and shutdowns and modifications in min sub station and substation and overhard lines in the city of cape town and put in New cables for areas

Excellent learning curve

At Tenneco ride control I worked as an assistant toolmaker under TDM program in coega.it was very nice working there and workers were very friendly and helpful .I learned a lot and also I've gained a lot of experience,skills and knowledge.

Pros: Friendly environment
Cons: No chances for growth

I feel I am under paid.

Ii fee im under paid, as I train toolmakers, make new tooling, order tools, work with the production people, I stand in as a supervisor as needed and work inmaintenance when needed. The company just says they will review me, but nothing comes from all my efforts.

Pros: I enjoy my work
Cons: under paid for the work I do

Very hard working

Our finance team work very well together, we all help out even if it is not one of your vendors. I am the back for the creditors supervisor when she is on leave. I enjoy working with the team we have. The most challenging is employee's in other departments that does not complete their work, therefore delaying mine.

Pros: Here is opportunities for growth
Cons: The oppotumities is not always allocated fairly
