Within the company i have do Generic management course

i started working at Woolworth as a cashier for 5 years,i moved to Johannesburg and worked at ITRISA for 3 years as assistance of Admin Manager.Currently im working at Tenacity as call centre agent/2ic.Im assisting my manager with the team daily stats and register.

Pros: You gain lot of work
Cons: Your work is scaled with people that you are working with.Although they know that in between you are doing admin

Great working environment

It's a welcoming company and very transparent. Management try by all means to keep employees post of whatever changes that are about to happen. Respect, accountability and passion are our core values. Typically days will be working 12 hours for about three days in a month at beginning of SME. The canteen is big enough to accommodation almost everyone.

Excellent value

Great learning curve

Great working for the company it allows you to think out of the box all the time with the teams that are always supportive all the time. You learn about team work and self drive to strive for more details on the way that you will grow and also grow the company.

Good step for students who want to learn their way into sales, and gain experience with customers.

Computer skills

Good customer service skills that are excellent and very helpful in working with. Was a good opportunity to work with the big company and I have obtained a lot of experience by working with people's salaries.
