Ive learn alot and expirienced

Im working at construction building houses, firstly i started to induct the sub contractors teaching them about the company policies. It was challenging at first interms of PPE. They end up understand the safety rules. The most challenging moment is beneficiaries kids playing with bricks, material being stolen until we work thing out.

My company i Brightness Construction pty-Ltd We work from monday to suturday I like to work with my workers because we working as a team I learn how to manage company I enjoy to work with people When the is no material for work

It was a great learning experience

It was a great learning journey at Temi Construction. Co workers are nice. Good salary are given. Opportunities to grow personaly and professionaly are limited to few individuals. But a person who knows how to handle and control top management specialy the big boss can achive high growth.

Pros: No opportunity to grow in this company

optimistic and I have passion for construction industry working with numbers, project planning, measuring quantities from the various drawings, pricing , and controlling budget.

Pros: I have passion for construction industry as each project is different, working with numbers, project planning, measuring quantities from the various drawings, pricing , and controlling budget. I also enjoy overseeing the schedule of works to be completed and ensuring the project does not run over budget or beyond the contracted time frame.
Cons: I personally don't mind working overtime

Excellent in and quantifying and costing

I enjoyed working in construction for the past 13 years and i wish to work for another more years to come and obviuosly making goodt fort the company.

Excellent

It’s a good company, a company that is growing and getting bitter in its line of work. I am learning a lot working in this company. It is well managed by the management even though I feel there are some arears where it needs some improvement.

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Working over weekends sometimes
