Pros: Its a lot of fun doing project management, learn a great deal wrt job, clients, different cultures, get to do new tasks, figure out solutions experience life in the working world to be exciting
Cons: Promotion seems like you need to know somebody on the top structure to get ahead

Great stepping stone
log on . report done. planning for the day. strategies set out. client appointments made previous day. Learn something new about the job every project completed. knowledge expands as you have a positve and open mind. there are setbacks which should be handled with patience. Love project management

I have excellent communications skills, can negotiate well and good at problem solving. I am honest and trustworthy, a man of integrity. In addition to the Project Manager work I work closely and effectively with customers, vendors, and contractors; (sub) and ensure adherence to quality and/or safety standards; I am also responsible for meeting or exceeding financial objectives, timely delivery and achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction. Project related decisions are made constructively and with little supervision needed. Have the training and skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Good company to work for
I manage projects and sure that all outstanding issues are resolved. Being known by all the team members makes my work very easy and exciting. Building good relationships with influential people is very rewarding. It is very important to be up to date with the latest technologies (every thing revolves around technology). I get exited when I see my projects being implemented on time and seeing clients being happy at all times.

Experience opportunities,tremendous team players.Very competitive and yet compassionate company. World class training opportunities within the company. Commands attention to detail.Employees are well skilled.A happy work environment. I have gained excellent problem solving techniques, Attention to detail,accuracy in service of delivery,opportunities in leadership roles.
