-Check e-mails (200-500 per day) -Check help desk created incidents, change orders and change request -Follow up escalated issues -Attend meeting with regarding to backups, Telkom mobile EIB(Enterprise Integration BUS) applications -Maintain relationship with my coworkers, knowledge transfer to them -Enjoy the challenges, and resolve hard problem -Jump over red tape in order to achieve something (make things happened)
