Excellent learning curve

A typical day was: Have a green area/start-up meeting with my subordinates. Discuss only operations meaning challenges/concerns/statistics etcetera.Distribute workload to my team. Manage suppliers and internal clients as well as staff.Task or delegate staff and attend management meetings when necessary. Assist and give support to my subordinates on issues that are out of their control in order to ensure that clients are happy without frustrating my staff.I would always make sure that the relevant subordinate is part of the solution. I have learnt that having a good and professional relationship with your team is the best way to motivate them, ensuring that they are praised for good work. I would even give them a small token of appreciation but on a monthly basis. The most challenging part of the job is customers who want to take short cuts in our processes.

Excellent learning curve

Staff meetings and discuss any challenges and review team's performance towards weekly and monthly targets. Printing analysing statistics or reports Distribute and if necessary delegate Attend management meetings,tender board meetings.
