Exposed to the national telecommunications network

While I was told that per year there would be a review of my earnings which happened only once.felt it was unjust and no factual reason why it was not done.

Pros: Contributed my academic and knowledge more to implement solutions towards customer requests.
Cons: Earnings was the main issue
