I have learnt a lot in my current company and have travelled the world training for my work and now I think its time to share my experience s with the rest of the world.

Pros: Good place to learn
Cons: due to Co being big the approvals take too long and upsets clients

Work Environment

Working at Telkom SA was challenging and pressuring but in a positive way. It teaches you think out of the box and promotes quick problem-solving. It's a balanced environment of work and down-time. Breaks away from your screen few hours is encouraged for employee well-being. Fellow co-workers are respectful and cordial at all times. it's the company culture of respect and understanding. Our environment is that of working as a team to get the project done. No one was an island and we were always willing to assist one another. Long hours on the job was the challenge, but it was done for the greater good and success of the project and the company success.

Pros: Respestful company and values.
Cons: Job pressure and long working hours.
