Great Learning Opportunities

Working at Telkom which is one of the biggest Telecoms giants in South Africa has given me a wealth of learning opportunities in the Telecommunication Industry. The function I am in which is Revenue Assurance specifically deals with the Companies customer value chain, that involves multiple systems that interact with one another. My task on a typical day is try to figure out where there's Revenue Leakages and Exposure within this system and find ways to mitigate the risk. I enjoy the opportunity it provides which are thinking out of the box, seek out risks and try find ways to resolve or mitigate the risks through the use of technology. The relationship with co-workers is a healthy one we treat each other like family and cover each others backs, and well assist each other on trying to figure out solutions.
