I am ready to working and learning new things from you

Telkom work is mostly communicating with customers and having difficult day is my challenge whereby customer is very irate and using all kinds of words and again refused to dropped the line even though all is well. my relationship to co-worker is very pleasant we do communicate when issues about solving difficult situation with customer. And also on break time and lunch time building and getting to know each other the more and some i do give assistance to ...i enjoyed this work especially when meet customers demand and learnt to be expose to the real world both work and out of work. The most challenge aspect of the job was when i learnt to be be humble and patient with the customer and trying to win them over to my side to understand my the process of helping them and the assistance i want to render or offer to them that i am ready to go way out to assist them the more.

Pros: learning new things from customers in behaviours
Cons: to much calls and customer want the caases to be resolved
